Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The sales rep guided me through every step perfectly and took time to explain everything in detail! I was nervous doing the designs online at first so I called for help and was very pleased with all the help I was given from Linzi Wade! She took me through every step and took the time to be sure sizing was correct and that I made excellent choices! I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness in guiding me through the process! When everything arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional quality of the material, the styles were so very nice! Our parents will love these gifts! Thank you!

Only complaint I have is that right after I ordered it, I went about a week with no updates or anything of the sort. And that's just being picky. Great service overall!

My artwork was a bit difficult. My insistence on knowing how your shirts would size up caused delays because of me needing to order sample shirts to fit and with my insistence on getting my logo image perfect caused the delays. Getting the image to a high enough res with my graphic artist wasn't easy but your team was patient & pleasant to work with. If anything the phone representatives could have put more creative input to the front chest font which I needed help with. I still think that font could be better.
