I have gone through CustomInk for my fundraising apparel in the last three years and spent over $10,000 with them and have always been completely satisfied. However, we made a mistake on one of the monogrammed names, it was spelt wrong ( my fault), I had to replace the sweatshirt and knowing that I am a loyal customer and how much money I have spent here I would have thought I would have gotten some sort of discount but unfortunately that did not happen. A little bummed about that. Typically though I am completely satisfied with my purchases.

I love the logo and work you did to improve it. The gear looks amaizing. Customer support was great again. Everytime I spoke with someone, they went over ghe top to be friendly. Almost makes me want to work there.

EXTREMELY annoying with emails and text messages are worse. I even asked to be taken off the text messages and I was told it was not possible. I order a lot for my company, and will definitely be looking into another company next time around. I get a million work emails a day the last thing I need is 5 extra daily, about sweatshirts.

My only complaint is that I couldn't rate anything higher than a 7. CustomInk is one of the best companies I have ever worked with and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Their design team was top notch, working with me on the designs and emailing me back within hours of tweaking ideas making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Alleigh from the licensing department walked me through every step I needed to take, making sure she took the time to explain their whole process so I could actually understand what all was going on. And finally, I cant say enough about Skye and the rest of the customer service department. I'll warn you now, when you call CustomInk be ready for a real live person to answer the phone because there are no automated messages or computer generated menus to shuffle you around. An actual person is going to answer the phone, thank you for calling, and ask you what they can do for you. Skye was so awesome, any time anything would happen with my order she would call me and let me know an e-mail would be on its way and what actions I had to take in the ordering process. You just don't expect this kind of customer care and service anymore and it's just an incredible experience. Oh and before I forget, the apparel I ordered came out better than I ever hoped. I cant stress enough, if you choose anyone other than CustomInk you're settling for second best.
