The website was much more customer friendly than the others I considered using and the fleece pullover was great quality- I could pay the same price for one in a store without the embroidery as I payed CustomInk for it with the embroidery!

I was very satisfied with my experience. After a slight problem with my proofs, I spoke to Peter and JT. Both were professional and polite on the phone and resolved the problem very easily. It was nice to talk directly to a person rather than go through numerous automated menus. Moreover, I wasn't kept waiting when put on hold. My jackets arrived on time and just as I wanted them. This experice will make me use customink again and suggest it to others.

Great follow up to clarify instructions. Impressed with the personal service. Excellent. The reason I rated it "Wow" was bc of the follow up email/calls to clarify my order to make sure it was done right instead of just printing it. The sizing issue wasn't WOW but hopefully that was just a fluke with that item.
