Your interactive website and your customer service were great. It was the functionality of your website (letting me see different designs/shirt colors) that led me to order with you. Your customer service was always available and friendly. It was refreshing to be able to call with a question and actually get a person, never mind a friendly person. Overall the experience was great. The quality of the customer service and ease of use was great. I was, however, directed toward a T-shirt that was the opposite of what I said I was looking for. The quality of the Imprint is great....colors look great....not happy with the actual T-shirt.

As I was ordering two different brands of shirts with different sizes, I needed to call the company directly to place my order, which was fine. I had e-mailed the artwork and given specs at that time. When I received a proof of the artwork, the printing on the back of the shirts had not been included. I also noticed that size large was listed on the order instead of the x-large I had ordered. The errors were corrected quickly and efficiently and we received the T-shirts in the promised amount of time. They have not been worn yet, however, they felt very sturdy and we are pleased with them.

I have to give the most credit to Katherine Gibson. I was designing the shirts on your website and trying to find out if I could get a bulk rate on two different types of shirts (one for guys and one for girls). I called your customer service number and got her on the phone. She was beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. Not only did she help me get the best deal on the T's, she also advised on a better shirt color choice that would make the logo stand out more, and she arranged to have the lettering on the back distressed to match the Green Day logo on the front. Her customer service was outstanding--and believe me, I am one of those people who usually only write feedback when it's bad. She even asked us to send some pictures of the cast in their shirts (which I did, and I hope she received!).
