Every rep I dealt with was helpful and responded quickly. My accounting department took an extremely long time to get the invoice paid but the custom ink reps helped me through the entire process and ensured that I would receive my items in time for my event. They arrived the day of the event and were absolutely beautiful with our company logo perfectly printed on the front. We used the 17 oz wine glass for our wine tasting and it was a huge hit - great price for 200 glasses as well.
