This is not my first or last time using Custom Ink. Their efficiency, quality, follow up and follow through are all so far beyond ANY competitor it's silly! In a world where "Customer Service" translates to a vacuous black hole, these folks have nailed it and continue over the years to deliver prompt replies if not proactive conversations regarding one's order. That alone is worth it's weight in gold, but it gets better. Once you place your order(s) you get email updates regarding your order all the way through to delivery, and then you get to open the box of AMAZINGNESS that arrives and folks, the quality never disappoints. Ever. I have made t shirts for non profits, backpack bags, embroidered polos and every single one of these items is gorgeous in it's quality. In fact, t-shirts I had made years ago are STILL the same original color after a stupefying amount of washes. I cannot recommend Custom Ink enough. Their dedication to quality in their employees to their product is beyond par. Choose them. You will love the experience!
