CustomInk would greatly benefit from a better customer journey, e.g. a shopping cart icon that lets you know you have items in your cart and ask if you want to check out. The check out process is not as easy as it should be. I've SAVED orders before when I'm trying to PURCHASE orders, and then realize only days later that the order was never placed, and have now delayed my delivery date. There really should be a way to send reminders via email, as well, when a customer has indicated they want to buy by identifying the product, creating the design, and PICKING OUT SIZES they want to order. After the final step, reminder emails should ABSOLUTELY be sent, or a customer rep should follow up with those people. It's also NOT EASY to find the past purchased orders to track sizes ordered, where to find a receipt, etc. I really find the entire check out process to be very difficult, and impersonal. I constantly reorder this product I am reviewing - and I've been asked to call to place my order to "ease the process" but I should be receiving a phone call from YOU, not you asking me to call you. Customer service needs to be improved.

Everytime I call them, I end up talking to someone who seems genuinely interested in helping me out.
Good service, fast results, love the embroidery. Shirt material is nice, but the sizes run too large.
I never bother to write customer reviews, but in this case I felt it was warranted. The customer service for Customink is nothing short of phenomenal. On the half dozen or so phone calls I placed to complete my two orders, every single person I spoke to acted like they genuinely cared about going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I even received personalized emails, texts and phone calls by customer service reps to make sure I was happy. If our government were run as half as efficiently as this company, we'd be in much better shape as a country. I will be sure to spread the word about this website.

Hi Custom Ink has done 2 orders for me now, both were very good. I had wanted to order two more of my sitepolo shirts for people that missed the boat on my order but the web site says 6 minimum. is there anyway to wave the minimum? Thanks, Steve
