By far, the worst customer service I've ever received. Although they appear to be very helpful (esp. on live chat), it's noticeable very quickly that their answers are scripted and that they're not actually answering your questions/looking at the order details in front of them. In addition, many changes to the graphics were made without my prior approval (including changing fonts/redrawing parts of the image) AFTER I had the image approved by them (see above about them not actually looking at the info... "Looks perfect! No problems!") -- resulting in my having to change directions entirely, and missing my client's deadline. In addition, the lack of communication between the design dept and customer service is ridiculous.... proofs were repeatedly late and at one point, when trying to find out where it was, I was told "sorry-- production thought your order was still on hold. Sorry!" Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

The whole process from choosing my design online to finalizing with CustomInk staff could not have been easier and our jerseys could not have been nicer. Our kids and parents loved the design and they looked great! We will be back next year for more jerseys!!

The process is well thought out, particularly the ability to review and change the order prior to finalizing. I was especially impressed with the personal contact in addition to the automated messages. A lost art these days it seems. Nice job.
