I was apprehensive going into this process whether the creation of the t-shirts with custom ink would be treated with the significance and importance we placed on having them ready and perfect for such a special occasion. Was completely blown away by customink's customer service. The moment I spoke to a representative, I was very sure I was in capable hands. My representative (Dru M.) was very reassuring and provided me with excellent modifications to my existing design (removing dead space, increasing visual impact), which really sent it over the top. She was helpful, quick and friendly throughout the entire process. I was so excited to present the tshirts to my group and they were received with absolute delight, surprise and a lot of laughs (it was a fun t-shirt!). So very happy and impressed with the Custom Ink. Quality was really excellent - both of the tshirt (Am. Apparel Girly T) and the printing. Will definitely recommend and use Custom Ink's services again.

With some website glitches, was easy to design and create own shirt. Lettering and design did not stand out on actual shirt as much as it did during proof and would have expected a service representative to recommend a change at that point. At $20 a shirt, I was very disappointed that I couldn't see the design I spent time on.

I will definitely order from you guys again. I was happy with the overall service.

Every part of the process exceeded my expectations. I spent 45+ minutes on the phone with Customer Services (because my order was a bit complicated) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Attention to detail, quality, and turnaround were all excellent.
