i was absolutely blown away by the amazing service i received from costomink. i was having a little issue figuring something out on the website, but when i spoke with someone on the phone, they were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. a few days after placing my order and after confirming the proofs and sending to the printers, i unexpectedly needed to alter the order and add more shirts. i called and was accommodated amazingly, they updated my order without any additional charge, and still had my order to me by my original deadline. through my whole experience, i spoke with many people at customink and every single one was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. i will absolutely use this company again, not because the product was so great (which it was), but because of their top notch customer service.

We were really pleased with the customer service and they were shipped in a timely fashion, but for the cost of the shirt we were hoping the quality of the printing would have been better. It is also disappointing that the sizing chart didn't correctly depict the sizing.
