In searching for a custom embroidered clothing, there were many options online. I went through a few trial designs on a lot of websites, but was hesitant to place any order because of the unknowns of the quality of the product being ordered and the quality of the embroidery work being quoted. By offering a brick-and-mortar storefront location close to me, Custom Ink was able to show me samples of the product I was ordering, allowing me to try the size and feel the quality first hand prior to ordering. They also were able to show me samples of the embroidery and different embroidery colors. The sales associate was also very helpful in finalizing the order, and followed up as the order went into production and was finally delivered. Custom Inks easy design process, brick-and-mortar in person presence, detailed and thorough proof approval process, easily contacted customer support, and fast delivery have ensured a repeat client in me.

I had done an order and received a phone call from one of the staff to inform me how they noticed I had made an error and they would correct it to save me $300+.
