Customers who purchased the American Apparel Long Sleeve T-shirt had this to say:
Our third order with CustomInk. Always exceptional customer service. Emails are responded to quickly and phone calls and messages are quick as well. Everyone we came in contact with in designing our orde, to placing the order was extremely helpful.
Really liked the group order form! Customer service was excellent! Setting up the account was a breeze, and it was very nice to be able preview the design and order status.
My first time ordering shirts for a group of co-workers was a wonderful, easy experience. I would not hesitate to use the company again!
Everyone was very helpful, communicative and pleasant to deal with!
Everyone was super helpful! It's nice to know that someone actually "proofs" the design instead of just slapping it on a printer and calling it good.
One of the best companies out there on the market. Precise and consistent. Always friendly always helpful. Very professional.

You guys are awesome!! I like the fact that you text me, call me, you right there when I need you, and easy to work with.
The shirt selection for style, color, brand, and material was phenomenal and was why I chose to go with CustomInk. The customer service was friendly and outstanding and I received my custom shirts very quickly. I am already trying to think up what my next t-shirt design will be so I can do it again. My only real complaint would be the lack of control I had over my design. I wasn't able to specify what part of my design was intended to be un-printed and ended up getting the background printed. I'm sure this was shown in the proofs but gray ink on a gray shirt didn't help me see that the plan was for the gray ink to be there. I had also wanted more information on the ink colors so I could pick them myself and avoid the half tones. That being said, the halftone looks great and I am satisfied. Maybe a future option for the shirt designing would be able to specify areas to be half toned?
