It offered the most options, and it was very easy to get an approximate quote on our designs. My team was better able to decide what they wanted. The proofing process was really good too-it really showed the quality assurance of Customink and made sure we had our order correct. Customer service was speedy and accommodating. I love CustomInk and use it all the time. I'm a huge fan of the customer service, the free shipping, and the two-week guarantee. The products are pricier than expected, but you are paying for quality and peace of mind. Even when I've had problems, they've always been quick to rectify them. I will be back.

Im still dumbfounded on how great the product and design team worked to get my shirts and hoodies done on time but still not missing the quality aspect. Will definitely be back to order for any other occasion !

Everything about this experience was a 10! Our order was little complex and customer service was terrific. I plan to reorder many times. You have done a fabulous job with the whole package. You actually blew me away. And interesting enough, everyone who has gotten the products (we sent them all over the country and overseasaas well) feels the same way.

I like the material and the quality of the design. I think I might make another design and order it from Customink again!

I really enjoy designing and ordering shirts/sweatshirts from Custom Ink. However, I expect that a reorder of a design/product should result in a product that looks exactly the same as the original order.

This process was so much smoother than I ever thought it would go. The products are great, and all my friends were so happy with the result. Well worth the price! Customer service, shipping timeframe, and overall communication was great!
