Everything was great, start to finish. The website is great for creating, and really getting an idea of what the finished product will look like. I would say the sizes ran a little on the large size but this was not an "issue" as far as I'm concerned. The customer service was outstanding. All of our questions post order were answered and addressed promptly.

End-to-end, this was a great experience. Excellent customer service, the website was a cake-walk to navigate, and I received regular emails keeping me updated on the progress of the project. Customer service was HORRIBLE! I ordered the shirts and asked to have shipping expedited. The rep told me it was done and I would have shirts by 6th. I had to call back with cc information and verified with 2nd rep that it should be delivered on 6th. Second rep verified that it was done and I would have by 6th. On the 7th I called to see where shirts were. I was told expedited shipping was not put on order and shirts wouldn't be delivered till the 9th. I told rep that this was going to cause me to have all over Kentucky to deliver shirts to ensure they got to correct individuals on time and I was upset about the order not being delivered when I asked. Rep told me if I didn't like it I could cancel my order. Requested manager. Manager told me he would try to see if shirts could be overnighted so I would receive by 8th. He stated he would check and call me back and I never received a call back. No follow up whatsoever. I received the shirts on the 9th and had to drive all over state to deliver due to errors on your company part. I am very upset on customer service and lack of follow up. Next year we will go with another company. We are a large utility company who places many orders with your company and I will ensure each and every department know what I went thru with this company.

Love my overall experience. I am so glad I call to find out exactly what a min order of 6 really was. I thought it was that I had to order 6 of the same shirt. After calling I found out that it met that I just needed to order at least 6 shirts. This was awesome because all of my employees could get the shirt style that they liked best.
