CustomInk really has not been a good relationship for me. Our first order was GREAT!, then everything went downhill, my logo got changed, costs were added in that weren't there before. Shipping was delayed, etc.etc. Communication was great in getting things fixed, however, why did they need to get fixed to begin with? Also, having to create new order forms every time we close an order is really hard on me and my group. They just want to go in and order items as they need it, but they can't unless I create a new one. Also, I'm unable to use a previous name of orders which also makes it hard because I only have tshirts, zip jackets, pullovers, sweatpants and tank tops. Now I have to rename each one Tshirts A, Tshirts B, Tshirts C, etc. The website is hard to use. When I want to see what I've ordered I have to login and then enter my account login and then I have to scroll through ALL my orders and then I can't remember what I called it because they are all the same but with an A or B or C...and sometimes the order itself closes bc of the date I set. I don't like have a set date, bc my people order as needed, now I have to go in every so many weeks and change the close date. There is so much that I don't like about your website among other things. The product, when it finally gets done and in my hands is good, but getting it in my hands is a huge headache and reimbursing me for mistakes, etc is just not worth the stress I went through for each order. I'm not sure at this time if I'll continue with CustomInk. I just don't know.

Every aspect of the process was great! I anticipated a much higher number of orders, but fell short. Customer service helped me change to a more affordable item so that the final price remained the same! They turned out GREAT!

I went to all different places to create my shirts and non would help. Then I sent one email to customink and phoenix was the one who listened to my story and helped me create my design! My grandmother is not long for us and this whole order was for her and family to support her in the fight with cancer, and the workers at customink made this a very personal and rewarding experience. Overall they made me cry many times with how happy I was with the art, shirts and the customer service!
