I hadn't used Custom Ink for 5 or 6 years, but it was still easy to design. I did need help after I realized I was designing on a towel rather than a shirt. I called as I didn't want to start over or spend a long time figuring out how to transfer the design to a shirt. The customer service rep was able to move it to a shirt and color of my choice with just a few questions and change the printing from black to white since the shirt was dark purple. I then hung up and finished my design to my satisfaction. I think the shirts came in 9 days. We will have fun wearing them on our 50th anniversary cruise.

Great, overall! One thing I would like to see changed is a better representation of the colors on the website mockups and proofs. The mockup and proof photos show a muted red on dark gray color, but the actual product is true black and true bright red. I adjusted my graphic color to match the jersey colors and the proofs showed them matching, but the actual product looked different. If you cannot adjust the mockup colors, consider including the jersey RGB or CMYK values in the product description.
