\nThanksgiving is almost here, so it\u2019s time to start thinking about what to make for the big day! To get some inspiration, we asked Inkers to share their favorite Thanksgiving recipes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erin S., a satisfaction assurance associate, likes to add spicy sausage to her stuffing for a little extra kick!<\/p>\n

Spicy Sausage Stuffing<\/p>\n

2 stalks celery (chopped)
\n12 mushrooms (chopped)
\n1lb spicy ground sausage
\n1 egg
\n1lb bag cubed herbed stuffing
\n1 \u00bd cans chicken broth
\n2 sticks butter<\/p>\n

Saut\u00e9 the celery in 1 stick of butter
\nSaut\u00e9 the mushrooms in 1 stick of butter
\nCook the spicy ground sausage<\/p>\n

Beat one egg then toss the stuffing with the egg in a large bowl<\/p>\n

Once all items are cooked pour all three over the bread crumbs, add the chicken broth and stir with hands thoroughly.<\/p>\n

Bake for about 20-30 min on 350<\/p>\n
