the surface of the fabric, sublimation converts solid dye into a gas under heat and pressure, bonding it directly with polyester fibers at the molecular level. The result: a print that cannot crack, peel, or wash out because it has no surface layer. Below that threshold, designs print faded and uneven. This is not a limitation we can work around.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>We use cut-and-sew sublimation, not heat-press.<\/strong> That means the fabric panels are printed before the jersey is sewn together, so designs can run seam to seam across any color base, including dark jerseys. Heat-press sublimation (used by print-on-demand services) leaves white seam lines.
