About this campaign

Epilepsy will affect 1 in 26 people in the United States during their lifetime. If you have a child with epilepsy you’re not alone – 3.4 million Americans have this disorder. However, amazing things are happening in genetics, research, medication, surgery, and treatment of pediatric epilepsy, bringing hope to more patients than ever before.

Please join Cook Children’s physicians and staff members in bringing awareness and support for patients and families living with epilepsy.

November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month. The funds we raise together during National Epilepsy Awareness Month, will help support epilepsy programs at Cook Children’s in Fort Worth, Texas.

Cook Children's is a recognized Level 4 epilepsy center by The National Association of Epilepsy Centers. Level 4 epilepsy centers have the professional expertise and facilities to provide the highest level medical and surgical evaluation and treatment for patients with complex epilepsy.
