During the month of September, the ACCO and childhood cancer organizations from around the world come together to highlight the critical importance of raising awareness of childhood cancer as a child health priority of the more than 300,000 children diagnosed globally each year whose lives are forever changed by childhood cancer. Frequently Asked Questions about our Go Gold® T-shirt campaign:

Q: There's a problem with my child's name! How can I fix it and how will I know it was fixed?
A: The names are listed in alphabetical order by last name or last initial. If there is a problem with the name you submitted, please click HERE to fix it. All edits will be made with 48 hours of the time they are submitted.

Q: How long will the shirts be available to order?
A: Shirts will be available for purchase from now until 11:59 PM EST on September 7th, 2017.

Q: I don't see my name submission on the design thumbnail?
A: Names used for the design thumbnail are not the names from the actual list. The final list will be loaded to the design by July 31st.

Q: How do I know which shirt number to select?
A: Unlike previous campaigns where you had to check the list and order the shirt number in advance, this year Booster has customized their platform to accommodate our Awareness projects. Now, you will simply go to the search field and find the name you've submitted and then place your order based on the name selection.

Q: I forgot to submit a child's name! Is it too late?
A: It is too late for names to be added to the 2017 campaign, but we are taking submissions for the next campaign now. Please click HERE to add a name to our next t-shirt campaign: 2018 ICCD Awareness Month Shirt!

Q: I want to submit a name for all of ACCO's awareness shirt campaigns. Can I be put on a continuing list from year to year?
A: Names are collected on a per project basis, but are able to be carried over from project to project by typing in "yes" when completing the name submission form. Names will only be collected by using the name submission link to help streamline the process.

Q: When will I receive my ordered shirt?
A: Shirts ship only after the campaign ends and usually require approximately two weeks for delivery. All orders will be delivered to everyone by the end of September.

Q: How can I help raise awareness with this shirt?
A: Wear your shirt Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, take a photo and email it to shirts@acco.org or share on our Facebook Page! We'd love to add your photo to the 2017 ICCD Awareness album on social media and our Flickr page.
