2025 Boston Marathon

I am Running the Boston Marathon for Tufts Medical Center as a charity runner. I believe this is a powerful way to unite my professional dedication to health with a personal passion for supporting life-changing care especially in the hospital setting. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner at Boston Children's going into my 21st year there. I have worked with residents firsthand that came from the Tufts pediatric unit that closed recently. The providers that came through the MICU from tufts were some of the most caring doctors that I have meet in my career.

By running for Tufts, I hope to amplify the message that every step matters—whether in recovery, resilience, or in each mile of the marathon itself. The funds raised I know will go toward critical programs, innovative treatments, and family-centered care that supports not just the physical but also the emotional well-being of patients.

This experience is more than a run; it’s a tribute to the strength, and an opportunity to give back in a way that directly impacts lives.

I am a mom of three, I am a Nurse Practitioner, working 16 hour nights so I can still take care of my family. - I am running for team tufts to give back to the Hospitals around me that have helped my family and so many others.
