About this campaign

517Rocks.com is a small, independent digital broadcasting company based in Blissfield, MI. As you might expect, operating such a venture incurs many costs. When you purchase 517Rocks merch, you're helping us to cover streaming costs, music licensing fees, equipment maintenance and upgrades, weather forecasts and other associated costs. These costs far exceed the amount of revenue generated by advertising sales. Please consider purchasing a limited edition 517Rocks hoodie and help us so we can continue to stream a great variety of classic rock and community information to our listeners.

517Rocks launched in January, 2024 and was built after the loss of Buzz 102.5 FM which was licensed to Hudson, MI. Without a classic rock format to serve Lenawee and surrounding counties, 517Rocks.com was born.

But we're more than just music; we also want to be a part of the southern Michigan community. We are focused promoting the efforts of local civic and non-profit organizations and will continue to add elements that not only fit our local-first philosophy, but also add value to you, the listener.
