As we approach the Second Anniversary of Hurricane Dorian, I am reminded of a quote written by Barrack Obama on a steel beam used to rebuild the World Trade Center following the events of 9/11; "We remember. We rebuild. We come back stronger." It is hard to fathom everything that has happened in the last two years since that treacherous and life changing day on September 1st, 2019. The rebuilding process is super tedious, and continues to be impeded by a global pandemic in a tourist driven economy. Our Home Repair program is helping the residents of Abaco to return to their homes to a healthy and safe living space.
