About this campaign

Abigayil was three years old when she was diagnosed with Leukemia, but she is not the only child that is facing the battle of a lifetime at such a young age. So please buy a shirt to help raise awareness for the cause of finding a cure. And to help people know that children face the impossible while being brave fighters.

On December 21, 2015, our seemingly normal three year old little girl, Abigayil, was admitted into Children's Hospital of Georgia because all of her blood levels were low and we were told that it could be anything from a virus to leukemia. The first night was so long I thought it would never end. The next day our little girl was wheeled away for the first of many spinal taps and bone marrow biopsies. At the end of the day we were told that yes indeed she had what is called B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Our worlds were turned upside down, but quickly we realized that we were not the only ones dealing with this kind of news so close to what is supposed to be a child's favorite holidays. You never think that a simple fever, or infection could lead to cancer, but it can be a sign that it is. With these shirts I want people to begin to see that childhood cancer is REAL and it is SCARY and that it too deserves as much attention as any other cancer out there. These little fighters DESERVE to have more money given for research from the Government. So please help us spread the awarenees, be bold go gold (childhood cancer colors)! be bold wear orange (Leukemia color).
