About this campaign
Animal Place nurtures compassion by providing sanctuary to neglected and abused farmed animals, promoting a plant-based diet, and reducing the suffering of farm animals through advocacy and outreach.
Animal Place provides safe haven to hundreds of abused farmed animals at our 600-acre Grass Valley sanctuary, and nurtures compassion through the promotion of a vegan lifestyle. We also operate a 60-acre farmed animal adoption center in Vacaville, CA. We are one of the largest and oldest sanctuaries for farmed animals in the country! Each year, more than 2,500 chickens, turkeys, goats, sheep and other farmed animals find new homes through our rescue and adoption program.
