Will you help support Annie’s trips to Chicago?

Hello,
My name is LeAnne Lily Salyers. Or “Annie” as everyone calls me. I am hoping to raise enough money to be able to afford my upcoming hospital visits. As many of you already know Iam well overdue for a few lab tests (overnight stays) to see where my seizure activity stands. Although mommy doesn’t see many during the day, my nights are the worst as I toss and turn all night in what’s known as ESES. (Electrical Status Epilepticus During Sleep). With this upcoming travel, I am hoping to raise enough funds to cover the cost of travel, as well as food and parking. (We all know Chicago isn’t “wallet friendly”).

Will you help me? Will you order one of Mommy’s fancy masks she made? I know a few years back my tshirt fundraiser was a hit with many of you still wanting to buy even after the fundraiser was over. And with masks being the latest thing, why not sport me in a fashionable way.
