I had an unplanned C-section for the birth of my son, and there ended up being complications which made it a traumatic experience and recovery. My husband and I felt like no one really helped prepare or educate us well about the healing process.
Sarah was my doula for my last pregnancy. ICAN and her knowledge helped me make informed decisions that ultimately helped me be at peace with my birth results. She is an incredible person and I know she will continue helping other mommas!
