About this campaign
The Carroll County Arts Council is located in downtown Westminster, Maryland. Our mission is to enrich our community, both culturally and economically, by presenting, promoting and supporting a wide variety of arts opportunities for our residents, visitors, and artists. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, the Carroll Arts Center is temporarily closed. However, the team at the Arts Council is still very dedicated to bringing the arts to our community, especially during these anxious and overwhelming times.
Although the magic of coming together for live performances, movies, and gallery exhibits is temporarily on hold, the arts are still virtually bringing us together, inspiring us, and creating community. From impromptu Facebook live concerts to Netflix watch parties, and virtual book clubs to online gallery shows, we all are turning to the arts to get through these difficult times.
How can you help reduce the impact of the situation on CCAC? Sign up online for an annual membership, Make a tax-deductible contribution through our website, Sponsor an upcoming event, Volunteer for an event when we reopen, or buy one of our T-shirt designs to show your support!
As we’ve stated from the beginning of this unfortunate situation, the well-being of our patrons and our team is our main focus, and we will do all we can to get through this safely together. We really miss all of our patrons and can’t wait to turn on our marquee lights again to welcome you back.

I took art classes at the old CCAC gallery on East Main street when I was a kid growing up in Westminster. Having successfully landed a job in the arts, I credit the CCAC as one of the foundations of my career. Never forget where you came from <3

Have been a strong advocate for the arts in general and CCAC in particular since I stumbled upon the Arts Center the year I retired in 2009. I miss volunteering at my happy place but want to see it through this difficult times.
The Arts Center is a Carroll County treasure and a fun place to volunteer. When they reopen become a VOLUNTEER !
