Celebrate 35 years with Covenant Ballet Theatre!

Since 1987, Covenant Ballet Theatre of Brooklyn (CBT) has fostered the love of the art of dance through pre-professional training, educational programs, and original dance productions.

CBT believes that a serious ballet education is necessary to advance the art form, train youth, and improve the lives of those within its embrace; and that where there is a commitment to the art of dance, there ought to be an equally vigorous commitment to maximum inclusion.

In its 35 years, CBT has trained hundreds of students and touched thousands of lives with the love of dance. Students have performed in dozens of original ballet productions conceived and choreographed by Ms. Hirokawa.



CBT alumni have gone on to study at the top dance schools in New York and beyond, and they have apprenticed and danced with professional companies. Every student at CBT gains valuable life lessons and character development, while being instilled with a deep appreciation for the art form of dance.
