About this campaign

Duchenne is pronounced "Due-Shin"
Earlier this year, in January of 2017, I held my first fundraiser for my brother, Wil. The outcome and support of it was absolutely incredible, so I'm hoping we can make an even bigger impact this time around. I have no words to express how thankful I am for the amount of purchases and extra donations we received. Thanks to you, we're steps closer to finding a cure. I was blown away by the number of shirts we were able to sell, donating a total of $2,643. It is so amazing to see someone wearing the shirt every single day! For this shirt, we wanted to keep the same idea that "where there's a Wil there is a way", so we incorporated the same quote on the back. The circle with the arrow represents the mars symbol which is the "boy" symbol to show that only boys are effected with this disease. Thank you so much for the support!

Wil is a normal, IMG_5256JPEG 17 year old boy who is living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This disease only effects boys and is very rare, leaving a small amount of boys with it. Boys with Duchenne have extremely weak muscles that worsen over time... leaving them unable to walk or complete everyday tasks. It has a major impact on not just the boys with it, but also their friends and family. With your help, we can get one step closer to finding a cure. Where there's a Wil, there's a way!
