About this campaign

The EJ King Drama Club is raising money for props, costumes, makeup, backdrops, and more, in order to have better resources available to student actors and actresses. Excellent resources help our drama club put on higher quality performances for our Sasebo community. Please consider buying a 2019 Far East Drama and Performing Arts festival hoodie for our upcoming show, the Greek tragedy, Medea. Thank you for supporting the arts!

The EJ King Drama Club provides children with enthusiasm, expression, and a voice in our school, as well as ways to give back to our school and greater Sasebo community. Drama incorporates all the parts of the reading process, particularly: comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary development. Exposure to drama, immersion in a rich linguistic environment, and practice, practice, practice ~ all lead to fluent actors & actresses and a fantastic performance!
