About this campaign

Our mission is to provide yoga resources, education, and wellness opportunites to assist those impacted by addiction, systemic oppression, acute stress or trauma. Mindfulness programs in conjunction with traditional theraputic practices help to contribute to successful recovery outcomes. Supporting this fundraiser will help provide mindfulness opportunities to those that really need it as well as showing the world through this design that we all have sh*t to deal with.

We are a small and young company but passionate about our mission. It is a new strange world out there and we are all learning how to deal with uncertainty. Humans are generally social beings and our current state has disconnected many of us from our normal in person communities. Despite the lack of in person communication, social media has been a blessing and has allowed us to connect with new kindred spirits. In early 2021 we will offering YFR online educational progamming. Yoga scholarships to all kinds of mindfulness programming and education are the pillars for YFR. Our goal to support 100,000 people by the end of 2022- yes lofty goals! You will see many new partnerships with YFR in the next few months and your support will help us to reach our support goals. Thank you for reading and sharing this campaign with anyone in your life that might benefit from this cheerful design and message!

Yoga is restful meditation that helps relieve tension and anxiety, as well as improving physical health. It can also be a healthy new coping strategy for those recovering from addiction and/or trauma. I'm thrilled to help this foundation!
