Glen Ellen Strong

Sunday Oct 8th the historic town of Glen Ellen in beautiful Sonoma Valley held it's 27th annual street fair. It was a gloriously beautiful fall day and our theme was a 'Sense of Community'. Twelve hours later we were in the midst of a firestorm barreling through our area fueled by low humidity and 60mph+ winds. Our neighbors and the firefighters were heroic. Very few lives were lost but our area has lost more than 50 homes (our population in the village area is only ~1,000 if that gives you the proper scale of this). Our sense of community has never been stronger and we will continue to build our 'story' into the future. Thank you for your support.
