About this campaign
$10 per sweatshirt purchased will go directly to supporting the Georgetown Pep Band, along with any additional donations. We need to sell 15 sweatshirts for our fundraiser to send them to print. Georgetown Pep Band alumni in the DC area are welcome to select on-campus pickup.
Money raised will go to the Ronald J. Lignelli Band Endowed Fund, a fund established by several pep band alumni and named in honor of retired Administrative Director of the Department of Performing Arts, Ronald “Ron” Lignelli. The money raised from will be used for maintaining our instruments and equipment, purchasing new instruments and replacement parts, and other needs for the functioning of the band.
As friends, family, and alumni of the Georgetown Pep Band, wearing your sweatshirt will let you represent the best pep band in the Big East! You can help us support the Hoyas while also showing off your love of the GU Pep Band.
These sweatshirts were thoughtfully designed by current pep band member Yunji Yun. They feature a flip book with the fight song, a rugby, a water bottle with Georgetown stickers, music notes, a drawstring bag decorated with Jack the Bulldog playing sousaphone, and other assorted musical drawings. Please refer to our Instagram and Facebook for additional photoshoot pictures.
The fundraiser closes on September 16th, and your sweatshirt will be shipped on October 2nd.
