Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey, the first major hurricane to make landfall in the United States in more than a decade, made landfall on the Texas coast late Friday as a Category 4 storm, destroying homes, overturning vehicles and sinking boats, severing power lines, and forcing tens of thousands of residents to flee.

Fortunately, I have been one of the lucky ones. My apartment was not flooded, my car was not a total loss, I never lost power, and I have remained safe and dry. With so many being displaced and losing everything they have worked for, I don't think it's fair for me to not do anything to help the victims of this catastrophic flood.

All proceeds of these shirts will go to the American Red Cross Texas Chapter.
