Beyond Rhetoric is a 501 (c)(3) and a public charity. We have one focus-to serve youth in detention. The African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child," is a familiar message. Our nonprofit and mission leans on another African proverb, which says, "The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth."
