Hope for PR

About this campaign

In late September 2017, Hurricane Maria whipped through the U.S. island territory of Puerto Rico with tornado-level winds, drenching the island with intense flooding, crippling communications, and decimating countless homes. With the whole island affected, the relief and recovery efforts have been slow to start and will be needed on a massive scale. Our church team will be partnering with a mission group called Experience Mission, who are bringing much-needed materials and labor to help residents in the rebuilding efforts. Our mission is to spread the hope of Jesus Christ by being his hands and feet to those in need in practical and tangible ways. In addition to assisting with building projects, we will have the opportunity to meet survivors, listen to their stories, pray with them, and witness God moving among the people of Puerto Rico.
