How to order a shirt:
1. Search for the name submitted in the search field OR for general campaign support select "NO NAME GIVEN" to place your order
2. Select your style, color
3. Then you will select your size and number of shirts
4. Confirm your order
Shirts are not printed and processed until the end of the campaign and are usually shipped about 10-14 days after the campaign has closed
On February 15th, the ACCO and childhood cancer organizations from around the world come together to highlight the critical importance of raising awareness of childhood cancer as a child health priority of the more than 300,000 children diagnosed globally each year whose lives are forever changed by childhood cancer. Frequently Asked Questions about our ICCD T-shirt campaign:
Q: I accidentally spelled my child's name wrong! How can I fix it and how will I know it was fixed?
A: The names are listed in alphabetical order by last name or last initial. If you find that the name you submitted was spelled incorrectly, please click here to fix it. All edits will be made immediately after they are submitted and the list will be updated on a daily basis until January 22nd.
Q: How long will the shirts be available to order?
A: Shirts will be available for purchase from now until 12am EST on January 22nd, 2017.
Q: I don't see my name submission on the design thumbnail?
A: Names used for the design thumbnail are not the names from the actual list. The final list will be loaded to the design by January 22nd.
Q: How do I know which shirt number to select?
A: Unlike previous campaigns where you had to check the list and order the shirt number in advance, this year Booster has customized their platform to accommodate our Awareness projects. Now, you will simply go to the search field and find the name you've submitted and then place your order based on the name selection.
Q: I forgot to submit a child's name! Is it too late?
A: Great news! We have reopened name submission for this campaign until January 22nd. Please click HERE to add a name to this campaign and our next t-shirt campaign: 2017 September Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Shirt!
Q: I want to submit a name for all of ACCO's awareness shirt campaigns. Can I be put on a continuing list from year to year?
A: Names are collected on a per project basis, but are able to be carried over from project to project by typing in "yes" when completing the name submission form. Names will only be collected by using the name submission link to help streamline the process.
Q: When will I receive my ordered shirt?
A: Shirts ship only after the campaign ends (January 22nd, 2017) and usually require approximately two weeks for delivery. Our goal is to have the shirts delivered to everyone by February 15th - International Childhood Cancer Day, for you to wear to help raise awareness.
Q: How can I help raise awareness with this shirt?
A: Wear your shirt on International Childhood Cancer Day, take a photo and email it to media@acco.org or share on our Facebook Page! We'd love to add your photo to the 2017 ICCD Awareness album on social media and our Flickr page.
