2021 International Overdose Awareness Day - North Carolina Rally for Change - Raleigh, NC

International Overdose Awareness Day is a day that is set aside to remember those lost to overdose and drug-related causes. It is also a day to come together and support those in or seeking recovery. The North Carolina Raleigh Rally for Change was started in 2017 by a small group of parents and concerned citizens. It is a time that families and friends can come together in support of each other. It is a time that we can offer support and encouragement to those in or seeking recovery. It is a time to learn what we can all do to help bring an end to the overdose epidemic around the world and here in our own communities! Often the only thing that keeps someone from starting treatment or getting into a recovery program is the initial cost of getting there. All proceeds will be used as schlopships that can help cover some or possibly all of those initial expenses.
