About this campaign

Our nephew Jack is going to be heading back for his 3rd open heart surgery at 9 years old. Jack loves to play baseball and has even let his heart dr know “I throw strikes!” He’s a sweet, hard working boy with a bright smile and love for all things farm life, his dogs, his brothers, and his family. He also loves to draw. We’d love to show him how much we love and support him as well as help his family out during this difficult time. Please consider buying a shirt or donating as you are able.
