Junior World Championships- Estonia & Canada

Hi everyone!

My name is Jodel Patino and I am a powerlifter from San Antonio, Texas. I have competed in powerlifting for the past four and a half years of my life and have found myself in love with the sport! I have previously won 2019 Collegiate Nationals for the 57kg/ 125 lb weight class and hold the Collegiate American Record deadlift with 425 lbs. I was also a silver medalist at the 2017 World Bench Press Championships and will become Midland University's graduate assistant coach, while obtaining my MBA.

After a successful year of powerlifting, I have been invited to compete internationally in August at the Junior World Championships in Canada to represent the 57kg weight class for Team USA! I feel very blessed and excited about this opportunity, it has been a dream of mine to compete at this level. In addition to this, I have also been invited to compete in July with my university internationally in Estonia for the University Cup as well.

Unfortunately, USA powerlifting cannot financially support all of the expenses for these competitions, so the expenses for these meets come from mostly my pocket. As you can imagine these trips can be costly, I would appreciate any help I can get in order to make this dream become a reality.

Please consider helping me on my journey to represent Texas, Midland University, and the United States of America this summer at the Junior World Championships in Regina, Canada and at the University Cup in Estonia!
