STRAY RESCUE DOG, ON SUPPORTIVE CARE AT VSS, GETS EUTHANIZED AT COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL
Stray Rescue of St. Louis rescued a dog on Friday, February 8th, who was going into a coma and had hypothermia. We did everything we could for her and sent her to Veterinary Specialty Services (VSS) for supportive overnight care. She woke up from her coma Saturday, February 9th and was improving.
Stray Rescue of St. Louis raised over $10,000 for her life-saving care on Facebook. We went to visit her and were ecstatic that she was improving. We referred to it as a miracle, and it began gaining national attention.
On February 11th, we found out she bit a vet tech at VSS out of fear and pain. They called County Animal Control to pick her up. They euthanized her.
Animal Warriors, we ask you, to purchase this shirt. We are their voice. We are all animals have. Faust will make things better for animals.

Hoping needed changes come from the loss of sweet Faust. This was a hard day for all involved. RIP Faust. You will always be remembered.
Faust does deserve to be remembered and, in doing so, a fight to bring about badly needed changes. The lack of compassion was horrible from both VSS and County Animal Contol as well as not giving her the 10 day by law quarantine with her owner - SR.
