Justice For RheaLeigh

My name is Chellsea Webber, my maiden name is Chellsea Vergara, I am 20 years old and I have 2 kids. Friday, January 17, 2020 at 12:00pm I got the most devastating call any mother could ever get. I received a call that my daughter RheaLeigh Webber has been rushed to Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY. My husband had told me that our daughter rolled off the bed hit her head and stopped breathing. He then called 911 immediately and they had him do CPR. Paramedics then showed up and rushed her to Harrison Memorial Hospital. Then they found a skull fracture, rib fracture, and bleeding in the brain. They then ruled it as child abuse right then and there. She was airlifted to UK Childrens Hospital in Lexington immediately. She was put in PICU in critical condition on a ventilator and on a feeding tube and completely unconscious. DCBS and Cynthiana Police Department jumped right on the case. We talked to social workers first then our son Leeland Vergara had to be evaluated to make sure he wasn’t hurt as well. We then started talking to Officer Jett I went back talked to him answered a bunch of questions and went back with my son. They then took My husband Robert Webber, 23, and talked to him it took very long so it had me worried. He then come back in the ER room with me and my son. He then kissed our son on the forehead and kissed me and told us he loved us and that he was sorry. It then clicked in my head and I seen him handcuffed I immediately said what did you do? He then immediately told me “ I got frustrated with RheaLeigh picked her up and shook her too hard”. I then got everything situated and went home. I then later found out he was booked he now has a $15,000 bond. He admitted to shaking RheaLeigh 3 times and his statement was “I got frustrated with RheaLeigh 3 times once when she was a month old and just Friday. I then shook her to get her to shut up until she then became quiet and fell asleep.” There has been evidence of a mark on Roberts arm where RheaLeighs head hit his arm. She’s in Critical condition she had to have a blood transfusion last night and just today they went to take her for an MRI when they went to take her, her heart rate and blood pressure dropped. They now have her stabilized.
