About this campaign

We are combining Leila's love of baseball with her wish and determination to further Stage 4 Breast Cancer research. All proceeds will benefit METAvivor, where 100% of donations fund metastatic breast cancer research. https://www.metavivor.org

Every 14 seconds, somewhere in the world, a woman (or man) is diagnosed with breast cancer and over 685,000 will die. (2020)
When Leila was first diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer & given a terminal diagnosis, she recognized the dire need for research for advanced breast cancer. Today we're honoring Leila's memory by asking you for help in continuing the support for her #1 breast cancer charity, METAvivor.
"Selfishly, I truly believe that I myself will benefit from the life-saving treatments that result from METAvivor's research grants: but more than that, I believe that we can help ensure that no other family will know the pain of losing a loved one to breast cancer." Leila (February 2017)
