About this campaign
Proceeds from this particular campaign will be used to promote spay/neuter programs with our southern partner rescues. The specifics are still being worked out, however, we are hoping to sponsor spay/neuter surgeries for dogs in the care of some of our southern partner rescues/shelters. During our 2019 Service Trip to Arkansas, we were able to sponsor a limited amount of free spay/neuters for resident pets in Hazen, AR.
Pet overpopulation is a huge issue in Arkansas and other southern states. Did you know that in 3 years and as early as 4 months old, 1 unspayed female and 1 unneutered male can produce as many as 512 puppies (Source: DVM Multimedia)?!
