Richmond Area Reading Council

Richmond Area Reading Council has been a non-profit professional organization in our great city for the past 46 years. We do so many wonderful things to be celebrated. We organize service projects both locally and internationally. We hold professional conferences that are free to members. We offer grants to teachers who want to hold book clubs to study professional literature. Annually, we host a writing contest for students to enter, and then we throw an extravaganza to celebrate their great work. These are just a few examples of what makes our organization so special.

All proceeds from the t-shirt sales will go toward our community projects and future conferences. The Virginia State Reading Association will be holding their 2015 Spring Conference March 12 - 14 at the Richmond Convention Center with the theme of "Reading is Magical." This t-shirt fits that theme, and we plan to wear our shirts in unison to show our RARC pride at the conference.

Please consider buying a t-shirt today! Shirts will come directly to whichever address provided when placing the order. The deadline for orders is Monday, September 29, 2014. Orders will arrive 2 weeks following the close date, which will be just in time for the RARC Fall Conference at Linwood Holton Elementary School.
