Tampa Natsumatsuri, Tampa's only Japanese summer festival has reached it's 10th anniversary!  This festival was created by the Japanese cultural community in Tampa and is entirely non-profit.  All proceeds go to sharing Japanese culture in Tampa and to charity in Japan.
