About this campaign

Gracey was born with a severe Congenital Heart Defect which required a heart transplant. She recieved her new gift of life January 31 2015, but continues to have medical issues that have her in and out of the hospital often. Show your love for her and her family by wearing a "Team Amazing Gracey" shirt and posting a pic of you wearing it onher FB page 'Prayers for Gracey'

We reopened our shirt campaign due to continued request. All funds will be used to supplement Gracey's needs while in tbe hospital and to provide necessary but not covered therapy tools.
