Turn Type 1 Into Type None

Type 1 Diabetes is confusingly called Juvenile Diabetes. My son was in his 20s when he was rushed into the ER. He couldn't breathe. He almost died. The doctors first thought it was a pulmonary embolism. Like many who suffer adult onset of this horrible immune disease, my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on the brink of death in the ER.
