May is National Mental Health Month. Join our sponsors (listed below) for a Yoga Triathlon Saturday May 26th at 9:00am at Dellwood Park, located in Lockport Illinois. We are selling T-shirts to support the local Chapter of The National Alliance on Mental Illness, or NAMI Will Grundy during the next 8 weeks to raise awareness for those suffering from mental illness in our local community. 100% of the proceeds will go to NAMI of Will/Grundy. All We ask that you purchase a T-shirt and then proudly wear it to participate in our Yoga Triathlon. What is a Yoga Trialthlon? A 5K run walk, followed by a 1 hour yoga practice, and wrapping up with a 20 minute guided meditation. The Run will begin at 9:00AM, with other events immediately following. Get a really cool Shirt and then come out to play with us to show your support for those that suffer from mental illnesses.
