About this campaign
M2E needs your help to support women and children who are victims of gender inequity, human trafficking and extreme poverty. Using fitness as an empowerment tool, M2E strengthens individuals and communities-- physically, mentally and economically. Proceeds from shirt sales will help purchase recreational equipment for children who have no place to play, help in-country M2E staff to expand local programs, help to train and license new candidates in fitness, and expand curricula on mindfulness, nutrition and women's health. And much more.
Move to Empower emboldens children and empowers women through the benefits of health and fitness in underserved communities around the world. We promote wellness via professional exercise and health literacy programs, and we create economic opportunities through fitness certification/licensing, training and mentorship.
